Want a Spot on Vanity Fair’s International Best-Dressed List? Now’s Your Chance!
Vanity Fair is opening up its International Best-Dressed List to us normal people!
Have you ever looked at all of the stars, designers, socialites, enterpreneurs, and royalty that make Vanity Fair’s International Best-Dressed List each year and thought, “heck, I should be on this list!”? Well, guess what? This year, you just might get your wish!
This year, Vanity Fair is opening up its International Best-Dressed List to the public via the wonder that is social media. From the NY Times:
“Beginning this week, anyone can upload pictures to Vanity Fair online… to be considered for inclusion in a weekly slide show and a monthly prize from sponsors like Giorgio Armani, Neiman Marcus, and Clinique. And then two winners—one man and one woman—will be included in the ultimate 2013 list, published in the September issue. It could be anyone.”
That’s right—it could be YOU, in four easy steps:
2. Vote for your favorites by clicking the heart symbol on any picturel
3. Share with your friends on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Tumblr; and
4. Win a spot on the International Best-Dressed List.
The Cut is probably right when they surmise that VF is likely in it (at least in part) for the web traffic, but it’s pretty neat all the same—even if step four is going to be optional for most of us. Why not give it a shot? Head on over to Vanity Fair to see the entries thus far and to submit your own. Let us know how it goes!
