We’re suckers for women in menswear here at BettyConfidential, so you can imagine how excited we got when we spotted Ellen Page in this snappy black and white ensemble this past weekend.
The actress put in an appearance at the Tribeca Film Festival this past Saturday for a Tribeca Talks event focused on her latest project—which, by the way, is NOT a movie. Ellen, you see, provided the voice acting and motion capture for Beyond: Two Souls, an upcoming video game developed by Quantic Dream for the Playstation 3 console. Gamers (myself included) have been looking forward to this one for ages, and with good cause: If it’s anything like 2010’s Heavy Rain, which was also developed by Quantic Dream, we’ve got quite a ride in store for us.
Loving Ellen’s white-trimmed blazer and wedge boots as much as we are? Here’s how you can get the look without breaking the bank:
Black piped cotton skinny trouser ($39, dorothyperkins.com), TanJay notch-collar blazer ($44, dillards.com), Research & Design sleeveless pleat back blouse ($49, shop.nordstrom.com), black pointelle cotton cardigan ($28, dorothyperkins.com), Sam Edelman ‘Wilma’ wedge bootie ($34.94, dsw.com), Boots no7 high shine lip gloss in Coral Kiss ($7.99, drugstore.com), e.l.f. HD blush in Headliner ($3, drugstore.com).
