While a lot of the blogosphere has been trying to figure out whether or not Carey Mulligan should have recycled that black and white Lanvin suit she originally wore on Good Morning America at Cannes the other day, we’ve been a little busy checking out a different repeat look. A blue one. Which also happens to be mostly naked. And on Jennifer Lawrence.
In between all of the Cannes craziness, Jennifer has also been shooting the X-Men: First Class follow-up, X-Men: Days of Future Past (talk about busy!). Director Bryan Singer has been Tweeting shots from the set for the past month or so; his latest is the one seen up top in which our girl JLaw reprises her role of the shapeshifter Mystique. We don’t know a lot about the film yet, but we’re pretty sure it’s going to involve time travel—because somewhat impressively, it’s a sequel to both X-Men: First Class and 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand. The title suddenly makes sense, doesn’t it?
Need proof? Take a look at the other behind-the-scenes shots Singer has Tweeted!
