Cute Overload: Rescue Dogs Steal the Show at Stella McCartney’s Spring 2014 Presentation

We’re barking mad for these ASPCA doggies!

We’ve long admired vegetarian designer Stella McCartney’s commitment to never use leather or furs in her fashion-forward designs. But for spring 2014, she took her love for furry friends one step further with a presentation that’ll woof you.

While the line’s vibrant hues and playful embellishments had us drooling and the guest list was chock full of A-listers like Madonna, Liv Tyler, Kate Bosworth, and Cameron Diaz, three playful pooches stole the show.

As part of an awareness-raising campaign, McCartney teamed up with the ASPCA to feature a trendsetting canine trio. The label posted a great shot of Harold, a 13-year-old miniature poodle, on Twitter. Just look at that face!  According to his adoption listing, this little guy loves “meeting new people and telling them he loves them and staying right by your side on a leash.” All together now: awww.

Also making a bark were Scooby, a 12-year-old Chihuahua/Shiba Inu mix, and Daisy (not listed). Here’s to hoping these stylin’ doggies find their forever homes soon!
