Behold Emma Watson’s ‘Bling Ring’ Tumblr

Zebra print and selfies and Lindsay Lohan, oh my! Prepare to enter the mind of Nicki Moore.

It’s been pretty much established that Emma Watson is our favorite person ever, but we just wanted to throw this tidbit of info out there just in case. If you’ve seen The Bling Ring in theaters, you know that Emma’s character, Nicki Moore, is exactly like the spoiled rich girl from high school who threw pens at the back of your head for wearing last season’s Coach tote to class. Yeah, we’d rather not run into her again, either.

Since Nicki is the complete opposite of everything Emma stands for, the actress got into character by diving into the teen-populated world of Tumblr. And yes, her page was as horrifying as you’d thought it’d be. Created in March 2012, it was plastered with reality show has-beens and fallen-from-grace child stars like Audrina Patridge and Lindsay Lohan. Of Lohan, she wrote, “Like me she is a very spiritual person and I know her faith will carry her through.”

Impressive for Emma, who once described her character, based on the real-life, celebrity-robbing Alexis Neiers, as “superficial, materialistic, vain, [and] amoral.”

Sadly, it looks as though the page was replaced by a slightly less (or perhaps equally?) obnoxious blog by an actual teen. Oh, how we’ll miss the blinding zebra print and Emma’s priceless selfie (!!!).

Watson’s ensemble has been trending on Google all day. The trendy dress-and-pant duo is truly business in the front and party in the back; in this case, the phrase “classy mullet” might actually be applicable.
