You guys. Something TERRIBLE has happened. It appears that Revlon lured Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde to their headquarters under the guise of having them star in the brand’s new Evening Opulence Collection campaign… only to kidnap them and turn them into zombies! What a terrible fate to befall two of my favorite people! How COULD they?!
Okay, so maybe they’re not ACTUALLY zombies—but I mean, seriously. Just LOOK at this ad. What on earth has Revlon DONE to Emma and Olivia? I get that the Evening Oppulence collection is a bold, glittering line intended for epic nights out on the town, but this is just no good. I’m not sure if it’s the lighting, the excessive Photoshop, the makeup designs themselves, or something else; whatever it is, though, it’s making these two lovely ladies look positively undead. Siiiiiiigh.
In the event that “undead” is your beauty MO, here are the deets on the line: Designed by celeb makeup artist and Revlon Global Artistic Director Gucci Westman, Evening Opulence allows, and I quote, “a woman to express her fabulous femininity” by “[adorning herself] for an evening of rich luxury and bold glamour.” It launches in October—oh, and look! They’ve even helpfully included some handy how-tos so you, too, can perfect your Walking Dead look for Halloween:
Take a peek at some of the products that the collection will feature here.
Tell us: Do Emma and Olivia really look like zombies? Or are you getting more of a vampire vibe from them?
