5 Ways to Make That Cheater Pay
Don’t let your guy get away with cheating on you.
-Kathryn H. Cusimano
So you found out your boyfriend cheated. This is among the most devastating relationship scenarios, and vengeance may be the first response that comes to mind. We have a few revenge fantasies filed away for emergency situations, and we’ve decided to share them with you here. If the unthinkable happens and your boyfriend strays, we have five ways to make that cheater pay.
1. Breakup and Tell
Once you’ve found out your boyfriend’s been cheating, there’s no reason to preserve his good reputation. Tell your friends, tell his friends, tell your cousin’s dog-walker that your ex is a big ole’ cheater and we guarantee he’ll have to do some serious soul-searching before he can move on. Word of mouth is a great way to accomplish this goal, but email or Facebook may help you get the job done faster. Just sayin’.
2. Get Yours
Did you spend your relationship putting your priorities aside? Whether you put a big move on hold for your guy or simply didn’t get that tattoo you’ve always wanted, now is the time to make yourself the top priority. Get back to your old gym routine, buy that dress your guy hated, and plan a weekend getaway with your best girlfriends. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you’re taking care of yourself first. Your cheater ex will think he left you a Ben and Jerry’s-hoarding mess, but you’ll be able to prove that you’re better off without him.
