Deal of the Day
Under a class action settlement shoppers are entitled to free cosmetic products
-Candace Cavanaugh Buehner
Attention all impulse shoppers, product junkies and gift with purchase lovers: On Tuesday January 20th, you may be entitled to obtain a free full size cosmetic product under an approved class action settlement. And yes, that is Inauguration day – they must figure we’ll be too glued to our TVs to make a trip to the mall. Au contraire! We girls can multi-task.
According to Cosmeticssettlement.com, the following major department stores are giving away selected cosmetic products from their high-end lines; Macy’s, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Bloomingdales.
Among the freebies:
- Christian Dior J’Adore Eau de Parfum (15ml)
- Clinique Moisture Surge (30ml)
- Lancome Cils Design Pro Mascara
- Giorgio Armani Shower Gel
To be entitled for the free product you must be a “class member,” which means you must have purchased a beauty product between the periods of May 29, 1994- July 16, 2003. So, like, everybody. Oh, and you can’t be an attorney for anyone affiliated with the suit. Only one product per person while supplies last… hmm wonder how long that will be?
