Gisele Bundchen Claims She Felt No Pain During Her Son’s Birth
We know she is a supermodel, but is Gisele a super-woman too?

When Gisele Bundchen gave birth to her son Benjamin with football player Tom Brady, she said pain wasn’t on her mind during her tub birth at home.
“My delivery was in a bath tub, in water,” Gisele told a Brazilian television station. “I wanted to have a home birth. I wanted to be very aware and present during the birth… I didn’t want to be drugged up.”
We’re pretty sure that most women are ‘very aware’ while giving birth, whether there are drugs involved or not.
“I did a lot of preparation, I did yoga and meditation, so I managed to have a very tranquil birth at home… It didn’t hurt in the slightest.”
Does anyone else find it a little tough to believe that yoga and mental focus can prevent pain during childbirth? Gisele added that keeping her eyes on the prize made a major difference.
“It wasn’t like ‘this is so painful.’ So I transformed that intense feeling into a hope of seeing him… You hear people talking about it, but you don’t know until it happens to you. I couldn’t be happier.” (Daily Mail)
