Elizabeth Berkley (otherwise known as Jessie Spano!) plans to write a confidence-building book for girls, Penguin Young Readers Group announced this week.

So what can one expect to find in the pages of Ask Elizabeth, hitting shelves next spring? A lot of good stuff.

The Saved by the Bell actress has spent the last four years managing workshops in which she discusses teen issues with groups of young ladies, and her book will focus on everything from dating, to body image, to friendship, and more.

“My mission is to give girls the tools to be able to blossom into their best selves,” Elizabeth stated in a press release. “Whether through taking care of their bodies, minds, or hearts, aligning with that inner voice that tells them what is true and right for them, or holding on to what makes them special even when they feel they’ve lost their way.”

This is so cool! We can’t wait to give it a read. (EW.com, Hollywood Crush)
