Does He Like Me or is He Just Playing Around?

Dear ASK REAL GUYS: I work with a guy who I was interested in back in August. I let him know that I liked him, but he had just gotten out of a relationship in which the girl cheated, so the time just wasn't right. Despite all this, we flirt all the time at work. Is he really not into me and just having fun, or is he the ‘sensitive' guy? Personally, I think he's sensitive and just isn't ready to date yet. Your opinion?

Steven: I don't know if he is interested, but you could be up-front and talk to him about this. Men who tend to say they are not ready to date are usually not telling the full truth. For example, he could be not that interested in you, or he could want to just hook up with women and is concerned that hooking up and dating you might lead to other things that he doesn't want. The key question is: Why are you hooked on this one person and waiting around? After all you could be waiting around forever. Remember, there are many Mr. Rights, and this guy doesn't sound like he is Mr. Right Now. Move on.
