What's for Dinner?

Chicken Bundles

Easy twist on chicken that kids will love

-Julie Ryan Evans

Here's another recipe passed down from my mother in law. The little pockets are fun for little mouths, and adults like them too.

Ingredients:

1 3-ounce package of cream cheese
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons milk
1 Tablespoon chopped onions or chives
2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast-cooked and chopped
1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:

Blend cream cheese and melted butter.

Add salt, pepper, milk, chicken and onion or chives and mix well.

Separate crescent rolls into four squares (press together seams), fill with chicken mixture and pull up corners and pres together at top.

Brush tops with a little more melted butter.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
