-Julie Ryan Evans

With football season officially kicked off, here's a meal that serves a hungry crowd.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt
8 chicken breast halves, cut into cubes

Directions:

Stir together all ingredients and rub all over chicken. Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place chicken cubes on skewers and grill 10-14 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
