Corn Scallop

cornIngredients:

1 14 oz. can cream-style corn
1 11 oz. can whole kernel corn, un-drained
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 c. sour cream or milk
2 Tab. sugar
2 Tab. baking powder
1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal (any color)
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 inch square dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.
