Way back in 1976, now-famous boxer Sugar Ray Leonard took the Olympic gold medal in the light welterweight category at the tender age of 20. After a long and illustrious career, he had his shot on DWTS during the show’s 12th season—but like Floyd Mayweather, he didn’t do so well and got eliminated in the third round. Guess some sports are better suited to dancing than others.

11. Monica Seles – Tennis Player

Monica Seles

Monica Seles played in both the 1996 and the 2000 Olympic Games before appearing on the 6th season of DWTS—though unfortunately she got eliminated in the second round. Oof.

12. Maurice Green – Sprinter

Maurice Greene

Sprinter Maurice Green has won four Olympic medals over the course of his career—a bronze and a silver in 2004 in Athens and two golds in 200 in Sydney. He also danced with Cheryl Burke in the 7th season of DWTS (the one Kim Kardashian competed in), making it into the top five before being eliminated.
