Whoops! Robert Downey Jr. Forgot to Zip His Fly at the ‘Iron Man 3’ Premiere
Wardrobe malfunction alert! Robert Downey Jr. appears to have accidentally forgotten to zip up something important at the South Korean ‘Iron Man 3’ premiere.
Between celebrating his 48th birthday and attending premiere after premiere for Iron Man 3, Robert Downey Jr. looks like he’s been having the time of his life lately. In fact, it looks like he’s been having so much fun that he’s been forgetting a few other key things—like zipping his fly. Whoops.
Not that we’re complaining, mind you; we just figured that anything involving various parts of Robert Downey Jr.’s, ahem, anatomy was worth bringing to your attention (yum!). The wardrobe malfunction was spotted by a couple of eagle-eyed media outlets after the South Korean premiere of Iron Man 3 last Thursday. In classic RDJ fashion, the man who would be Tony Stark paired his Vivienne Westwood tux (Fall 2013 collection, natch) with sneakers—and a gaping fly. In case it wasn’t obvious enough, People made sure to point it out in no uncertain terms:
The Huffington Post, however, reminded us that Robert isn’t the only star with zipper problems: Kate Moss told Grazia last June, “I’ve got a problem with zips. Sometimes I just forget to do them up! Running out the door! You know… just zips!” Most hilarious Kate Moss quote ever? Maaaaaybe.
Anyhoo, Iron Man 3 hits cinemas on May 3rd. Here’s the trailer to get you pumped:
