Captain Morgan Black Airmail (pictured above)
Created by mixologist Toby Maloney of Chicago’s The Violet Hour.
.75 oz. Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum
.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. orange blossom honey
Directions: Shake Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum, lemon juice and honey. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with an orange pigtail twist.
The Silver Solstice
2 oz of Absolut Vanilla vodka
1 oz of Midori
1 oz of Pineapple juice
1 fresh squeeze of lemon
Dash of Sambuca
Directions: Shake and strain all ingredients into a glass except for Sambuca, then flame Sambuca into a different glass and pour it over the concoction. Garnish with floating silver flakes.
