    I’m always afraid that since I avoid the sun like the plague I’m not getting enough Vitamin D but then I think about how harmful the rays are and realize that my lathering on Sunscreen makes sense. I even had to make sure it was on the top 10 list of ones that provide great protection. I use Shishedo SPF 55+ and the only negative was that the level was misleading but it has a 3 rating out of 10 with 1 being the highest. I might switch up soon. :-)
