8 Chic,Tasty Cocktails Fit for a Princess
It’s National Princess Week! Let’s celebrate it with a yummy cocktail!
Raise your martini glass, champagne flute or gem-studded goblet and salute the princess in all of us with one of these luscious, tasty princess-themed cocktails. Oh yes, there’s even a cocktail that’s fit for you BF: The William!
The William Created by The Bitter Truth
2 ounces of Barceló Imperial Rum
3/4 ounce of Sweet Vermouth
3/4 ounce Brut Champagne
2 dashes of The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
Stir and serve in a Martini glass, topping up with Champagne, garnish with a delightful Maraschino Cherry.
The Kate Created by The Bitter Truth
2 ounces of Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
3/4 ounce of The Bitter Truth Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 ounce Brut Champagne
Fresh mint, cucumber slices and lemon wedges
Muddle fruit, add alcohol and stir with crushed ice, serve in a Collins glass and garnish with mint and a slice of cucumber

1 1/2 Ounces of Bols Genever
1/2 Ounce of Angostura bitters
3/4 Ounce of Orgeat almond syrup
1 Ounce of fresh squeezed pineapple juice
1/2 lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass or cocktail coupe.

1/2 Ounce of Galliano L’Autentico
1/4 fresh apple
3 fresh gooseberries
2 Ounces of ginger wine
1/2 Ounce of vanilla sugar
Muddle the apple, gooseberries and vanilla sugar in a silver cup, fill with cracked ice and pour in the Galliano and ginger wine. Stir gently and decorate with fresh fruit and a small fork.
1 1/2 Ounces SKYY Vodka
3/4 Ounce of Creme de Violette
3 Ounces of Dry Sparkling Wine (such as Drusian Prosecco)
3 dashes Fee Brothers or Angostura Orange Bitters
Stir SKYY Vodka, Orange Bitters and Creme de Violette with ice. Strain into Champagne coup or flute and top with Prosecco. Top with zest of an orange and garnish with orange twist.
Pretty in Pink
1 1/2 Ounces of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1 Ounces of SKYY Infusions Ginger
1/2 Ounce of. agave nectar
Top with Champagne
In a cocktail shaker add X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, SKYY Infusions Ginger, agave nectar, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne flute rimmed with sugar. Top with Champagne.
Princess and the Pea
2 1/2 Ounces of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1 tablespoon of fresh cranberries
2 cucumber slices + 1 for garnish
Half a lime squeezed
1/2 Ounces. Simple syrup
Muddle fresh cranberries and 2 cucumber slices in shaker. Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a wheel of cucumber and couple cranberries in the glass.
Happily Ever After
1 1/2 Ounces of Wild Turkey 81
8-10 mint leaves
1/2 Ounce maple syrup
1/2 Ounce fresh lemon
3-4 dashes Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
In a Collins glass, gently pummel mint with maple syrup and lemon. Add whiskey and fill glass half way with crushed ice. With a swizzle stick or bar spoon twirl back and forth with palms of your hands until the glass frosts over. Drizzle with Creole Bitters and top with mounded crushed ice. Garnish with mint.
