Book Claims Warren Beatty Slept with 12,775 Women
If biographer Peter Biskind is telling the truth, how on earth did Warren Beatty have time to do anything else?
100 women, we’d believe. 500 women, we’d be skeptical. But 12,775 women? Warren Beatty, are you out of your mind? Or does biographer Peter Biskind not have his facts straight in his new book, Star: How Warren Beatty Seduced America (Simon & Schuster)?
As a close friend to the actor, Biskind says he came up with the staggering number based on “simple arithmetic.” But the number doesn’t include “daytime quickies, drive-bys, casual gropings, stolen kisses and so on.”
Biskind reveals in his book that before Beatty, 72, became a Hollywood icon, he was just a 20-year-old virgin. But as his star rose, so did his sexual conquests, including such leading ladies as Jane Fonda, Joan Collins, Shirley MacLaine, Julie Christie, Diane Keaton, Fran Drescher, Janice Dickinson, Madonna, and, of course, his wife Annette Bening.
Biskind dishes about all of these Hollywood relationships and more in his book. Our favorite part? When he writes that Joan Collins said of Beatty when they were dating: “I don’t think I can last much longer. He never stops – it must be all those vitamins he takes … In a few years, I’ll be worn out.”
Collins may have been worn out, but we have a feeling Beatty wasn’t. (NY Post)
