Bret Michaels Released From Hospital
The musician is taking things one day at a time.
Bret Michaels, who is fortunately on the mend, has been discharged from an Arizona hospital according to his physician.
On Tuesday Dr. Joseph Zabramski of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center revealed that Michaels is 100 percent conscious and is speaking normally. Unfortunately he’s still experiencing headaches and back spasms but it is unlikely that any long-term effects will haunt him.
Zabramski advised the Poison singer to wait no less than four to six weeks before getting back into his old routine.
Doctors are planning to examine Michaels every two weeks until he’s fully functional.
“This produces a great deal of stress on the body,” Zabramski said of Bret’s brain hemorrhage. “This is like being involved in an accident from inside.”
Although we previously reported that Michaels was hitting the road in May, Zabramski is unsure at this point how long it’ll take for that to actually happen.
We’re just thankful he’s alive and well! (Huffington Post)
