After weeks of trying to work things out in spite of a pending court case, a restraining order and hospital stays, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are on the path to resolution.
Sheen was formally charged with a felony and two misdemeanors stemming from his alleged attack on his wife on Christmas Day. The actor has not entered a plea for the charges, which include felony menacing, third-degree assault and criminal mischief.
The judge also granted Sheen and Mueller’s request to adjust the protective order that has kept them apart. The order was previously modified to allow Sheen to visit his wife in the hospital while she was being treated for a severe oral infection last month.
Sources say the couple hugged before leaving the court separately, and that they are hoping to mend their marriage. Their next hearing is scheduled for March 15. (Us Magazine)
