Kate wins a victory in the messy Gosselin divorce.

Kate 1, Jon 0. Jon and Kate Gosselin were sent to arbitration yesterday to work out their financial issues, and Kate walked away victorious.
Kate claimed Jon removed over $230,000 from their joint account without permission from the arbitrator handling their divorce, but Jon claimed Kate was telling lies.
But it looks like Jon is the one playing Pinocchio. Jon was ordered to send $180,000 back where it came from by Monday, October 26. The other $55,000 was spent on “household bills and expenses relating to the children,” according to Kate’s attorney Mark Momjian, so the arbitrator temporarily tabled discussion of that sum. Kate will also have to turn in an account of her expenses by the same date.
“As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues,” Kate said.
