Daily Dish: Dancing with the Stars’ Debi Mazar Injured
Let’s add another injury to the long list of ones that Dancing with the Stars contestants have accumulated
When are celebrities going to realize that signing on to do Dancing with the Stars is a death wish — or is, at the very least, going to get you hurt? You can’t expect to practice dancing countless hours a day like they do and go zero to sixty workout-wise (did you know Kelly Osbourne lost 14 pounds in three weeks training for this season?) without any repercussions.
So, it’s no surprise that just as DWTS starts up again, there is another injury. Debi Mazar, the actress from Entourage, tore a muscle in her neck during Tuesday night’s premiere while dancing the foxtrot with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Debi Twittered after the show, “Dwts!!after premiere.hospital.I’m ok.torn muscle in neck and chest! Foxtrot..cruel&sadistic If only judges knew.”
Now she’s sporting a super attractive neck brace in order to heal and be ready to go for the rest of the season. Wonder who will be the next victim? (Us Magazine)
