David Hasselhoff will return to television in his very own reality show. A&E has ordered 10 half-hour episodes of a show that will show The Hoff’s paternal side.
Cameras will follow David as he pursues his own projects and supports his teenage daughters, Taylor-Ann, 19, and Hayley, 17. Both of his daughters want to be singers, but their dad said they will have plenty of work to do on their own.
“It’s the dream of every parent to be able to help their children succeed,” David said in a statement. “I told the girls that I would help them open the door when they are ready, but they would have to walk through it on their own. This is their time.”
Hayley is already on her way to an entertainment career: she is signed with Ford models, and has a contract with Torrid. Taylor-Ann is a communications major at the University of Arizona.
We’re wondering just how intimate this show will get – will it bear any resemblance to the YouTube videos of the Hoff shot by his daughters? We hope not. (A&E)
