Elin Nordegren Not Likely to Attend Masters
Tiger’s wife is sick of being his cheerleader.
When Tiger Woods takes his first swing at the Masters in April, he better not expect to look up and find his wife cheering in the stands.
A source has told People that Elin Nordegren is “going through the motions of family life” for the sake of her kids, but that she does not support her husband’s comeback and will most likely hang back in Florida when Tiger travels to Augusta.
“Elin wants to stay away from Augusta and not get involved in the frenzy of the Masters,” the insider disclosed. “By not going, she sends a signal that she is staying with Tiger only because of the children. They come first.”
Last week Elin was thought to have hired top California divorce lawyer Sorrell Trope, however the source says she has decided to work with lawyers closer to home. (People)
