Internet or Intercourse
Which would you pick?
- Carrie Seim
You’ve just been given a cruel ultimatum – give up either sex or the Internet for two weeks. It’s g-spots versus G-mail. Which do you choose?
This may sound like something out of Sophie’s Choice, but it’s actually a question from a new online survey by Intel.
It turns out 46 percent of women and 30 percent of men would rather go cold turkey on sex than the Internet.
In last month’s poll of more than 2,000 adults, Intel found the percentages increase for certain age brackets. For women aged 35 to 44, more than 50 percent would rather log on than get it on. And 39 percent of men aged 18 to 34 would sacrifice sensual stroking over key stroking.
However, only 23 percent of older men, ages 35 to 44, would pick the Internet over intercourse.
Thank God someone has their priorities straight. I’m going online right now to look for a hot older guy.
