From 2006 to 2008, fitness trainer Jackie Warner showed viewers of Workout how she trained Biggest-Loser-level overweight people at Skylab, her upscale Los Angeles gym. Now she’s written a book, This is Why You’re Fat (and How to Get  Thin Forever).  She’s also getting ready to return to Bravo with a new series, Thintervention. And she’s developed an exercise program, Fit in Your Skin, for people who have psoriasis. (Jackie’s grandmother suffered from the debilitating skin condition, which can lead to diabetes and obesity.) Jackie knows that if you’re trying to get yourself to go to the gym, you’ll have an easier time if you know what the rules of etiquette are. This list of tips, Jackie says, will help you “go into any gym with confidence.”
