It’s Jon Gosselin vs. Hailey Glassman: Round 403, and things are getting ugly again.
Jon claims the apartment he shared with Hailey was burglarized, but reports claim that Jon staged the burglary for publicity.
Now Jon’s attorney Mark Hellar is striking back, claiming that the security tape in Jon’s building will prove Jon had nothing to do with the break-in.
“It’s all on tape,” Heller told RadarOnline.com, saying that the security tapes prove that Jon was only in his apartment for about a minute. When he discovered the place had been ransacked, he immediately reported the incident to building management.
Jon found a note stuck to a dresser with a knife in his ransacked apartment. The note was allegedly from Hailey. Heller believes Hailey is responsible, and claims that she took several items from the apartment the couple shared.
“The damage is in the thousands. There is no way she (Hailey) can walk away without severe penalty,” Heller said.
