Start designing your Sarah Palin bumper stickers now: An Iowa congressman is predicting that Sarah Palin will not only seek the Republican nomination for president in 2012, but she actually might have a shot at winning it.

In a TV interview on Tuesday, conservative Rep. Steve King remarked that Sarah has resiliently bounced back after what many thought was career-suicide when she resigned the governorship of Alaska during her first term.

He also noted that Sarah’s folksy appeal in a state that’s dominated by religious conservatives would help her win voters over.

“Sarah Palin, of course, is the one who has the charisma, she has the momentum,” said King of Sarah’s potential to win the Iowa caucus. “If she decides to come to Iowa, she has no problem drawing a crowd of tens of thousands.” (Chicago Tribune)
