The man accused of stalking ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and secretly videotaping her into her hotel room while she was nude pleaded not guilty on Monday to the charges.
Chicago insurance salesman Michael David Barrett, 48, reportedly altered the peepholes at a Nashville area hotel and was able to capture the footage using a cell phone. He later tried to sell the videos that eventually made their way onto the Internet.
Barrett is currently under house arrest. The trial is slated to begin on Jan. 12. (ABC News)
