The infamous Atkins diet has been given a makeover by a team of doctors who are hoping to market a healthier, more beneficial weight loss plan.
Fruits, veggies, coffee and other items which were once banned are now allowed in the revised version.
What’s perhaps even more surprising is that the new Atkins recommends only 4-6 oz of meat with each meal, whereas before it was all about the steak, eggs, etc.
