The book mixes a selection of Sandra’s most popular cocktails and nibbles that anyone can make at home. Here’s a perfect pair from her book: Sante Fe Coolers with Halibut Salsa Tacos. Yummy!

 Sante Fe Coolers

Sante Fe CoolersPrep 10 minutes, Stand 20 minutes, Makes 12 servings

Ingredients:

1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced

2 cups water

1 can (12-ounce) frozen lemonade concentrate

1 bottle (12-ounce) beer, Red Stripe®

31⁄2 cups ginger ale, Canada Dry®

11⁄2 cups vodka, Cîroc®

Ice cubes, lime slices (optional)

 Preparation:

1. Bring sliced ginger and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and let stand for 20 minutes. Strain, reserving ginger water.

2. In a large pitcher, stir to combine thawed lemonade concentrate, ginger water, beer, ginger ale, and vodka. Pour in a glass over ice.

3. Garnish with lime slices(optional).
