Spaghetti with Nuts and Honey

You’ll love this aromatic vegetarian sauce, which is ready faster than it takes to boil the spaghetti. It has just the right hint of sweetness thanks to the goodness of honey.
1 pound spaghetti
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons wild flower honey
3 tablespoons finely crushed walnuts
Zest of 1 orange
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Parmesan cheese, grated
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine the milk, honey, walnuts, orange zest and oil in a small saucepan and heat over low flame until warm and fragrant. Remove from heat.
3. Toss with the hot, cooked spaghetti and season to taste with pepper, salt and Parmesan cheese.
