Despite the frigid temperatures across the country, would-be exhibitionists in New York, San Francisco, Washington, Seattle, and even Mexico City all dropped trou yesterday in celebration of the ninth annual “No Pants Day.” The event began in 2002 in New York when seven people rode the subway without pants and has since grown to thousands of participants nationwide.
