Surgeon Creates Implant-Free ‘Boob Job’
British cosmetic surgeon Laurence Kirwan has found a natural way to give breasts a fuller look.
Heidi Montag, pay attention. British cosmetic surgeon Laurence Kirwan has developed a technique for a breast enhancement that requires no silicone implants.
Kirwan takes tissue already in the breast and moves it from underneath to above the nipple, plumping the breasts up for a bigger, fuller look. He has completed 150 operations so far and says the results have been great.
“What I do is to move around some of [the patient’s] assets to produce the best effect,” Kirwan says. “For a lot of women this will be the ultimate breast enlargement operation that will be almost permanent compared to the use of implants, which need replacing after around 10 years.”
With practices both in London and New York, Kirwan charges between $12,000 – $18,000 for the three-hour operation. Kirwan will be explaining the procedure in more depth at the American medical conference next month. (UK Telegraph)
