The nominees for the 2010 CMT Music Awards, airing June 9th, have been announced.

It should come as no shock that teen idol Taylor Swift received three nominations—as did Carrie Underwood. Also leading the way with three nominations apiece is Lady Antebellum and Jason Aldean.

Swift (“You Belong With Me”) and Underwood (“Cowboy Casanova”) are joined by Miranda Lambert (“White Liar”) and Reba McEntire (“Consider Me Gone”) in the Female Video of the Year category.

Hottie Keith Urban also scored a nom for Male Video of the Year for “‘Til Summer Comes Around” along with Aldean (“The Truth”), Billy Currington (“People Are Crazy”), Toby Keith (“American Ride”) and Tim McGraw (“Southern Voice”).

The nominees for Video of the Year will be announced during the telecast, with online voting during the show. The Internet sure keeps us on our toes!

Hosting this year’s ceremony is the feral Kid Rock, which will add its very own level of entertainment for viewers. Yee Haw! (Gossip Cop)
