Celebrity Baby Bump Watch
These 10 celebs are expecting babies in 2010!

This may just be the Year of the Celebrity Baby. From stars of romance and action movies (Amy Adams, Amanda Peet) to divas of reality TV (Bethenny Frankel, Padma Lakshmi), it seems as if every female star will have a brand-new baby before spring is over. Here’s a closer look at these glamorous moms-to-be.
Due date: Late March/early April
The cookbook author and Top Chef judge, 39, just might be the world’s hottest mom-to-be. Though she’s been put on medical bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy, Padma (with her doctors’ permission) did make an appearance recently at the 9th Annual New York Times Arts & Leisure Weekend. There, she thanked Bravo for being so supportive of her pregnancy, joking: “They’ve been through 15 pregnancies with Heidi Klum already, so they’re pretty generous.”
So far Padma’s kept quiet about the identity of her baby daddy, as well as the sex of her little one. But she just may have slipped up on Jimmy Kimmel’s show in December. Kimmel asked, “What’s happening with the baby now?” Padma answered, “She was kicking… uh… he was kicking… I’m not saying which one … I use she and he intermittently!”
Due date: Spring
Although she’s down the home stretch of her pregnancy, the star of the romantic comedy Leap Year told USA Today recently that she hasn’t decorated the nursery yet. But she’s not worried about it.
“What I’m actually looking forward to is when my child is old enough to tell me what they want in the room. We could do it together,” says the 35-year-old actress. “I’m more interested in seeing who this child is, as a human being. That’s what’s exciting to me. I’m just so excited to see, if I have a little girl, does she want a princess room or is she into soccer?”
She’s also in no rush to plan a wedding with her fiancé, actor Darren Le Gallo. “I’m such a last-minute Sally. We’ll probably have it over a weekend and have some friends over. I don’t have a wedding fantasy, that’s the problem,” says the actress, who played a fair maiden who found her prince in Enchanted. “I was a princess for four months in New York for one summer, and that was enough. I wore the white dress. I want to make sure it’s about us.”
In the meantime, Amy’s been promoting Leap Year in a gorgeous maternity wardrobe custom-designed for her by Carolina Herrera.
Even stars can have tough pregnancies: Funny lady Jenna, 38, has said she feels “tired and uncomfortable” during this pregnancy. But she sure looks great! And she doesn’t have to worry about any big-brother jealousy from Story Elias, 2, her son with husband Bodhi. In fact, Jenna told UsMagazine.com, Story’s already getting into the role: “He’s an amazing big brother. He talks to the baby and rubs my tummy and wants the baby to come play choo-choo.”
