You’re a proud Puerto Rican. Are you speaking to Paloma in Spanish already?
Yes, and her godmother is from Venezuela so she’s not allowed to speak to her in anything but Spanish.

Why is it important to you that she’s bilingual?

I think it’s important for anyone. I think it gives you such a leg up to be able to communicate in more than one language. And if you have two languages under your belt from the get-go, you have much more of a gateway to pick up other languages. And is there anything cuter than a little kid speaking another language?

If you were going to appear on a reality TV show, which would it be?

I would want to judge Project Runway, because I love fashion. Or Top Chef, just so I could eat all of the delicious food.

What’s your idea of the ideal date?
My husband would whisk me off in a private plane to see spring in Paris. I’ve never been, and he has. Plus, he speaks French, so it would be perfect. We’d go to the Eiffel Tower, have a wonderful French meal and stay at some fancy hotel whose name I can’t pronounce. Boy, that sounds good!

Marry, date or dump: Brad Pitt, Mario Lopez and George Clooney?
That’s way easy! Marry Brad Pitt, dump Mario Lopez, and date George Clooney. Brad Pitt is a family man. He’s the type you can marry, settle down and have kids and travel the world with. Mario Lopez? Sorry, it’s Brad Pitt and George Clooney! If you’re into his abs, I get it. But the hot body, that was when I was in my twenties and sowing my wild oats. And Brad and George aren’t exactly schlump-a-dumps. I’d date George. Who wouldn’t want a fun, whirlwind romance with him, touring around Lake Como on his motorcycle? [Even a married] girl can dream!
