Ivanka Trump

October has been the most stressful — but will end up being the most rewarding — month ever for Ivanka Trump. The 27-year-old Wharton grad is currently promoting her first book The Trump Card: Playing to Win in Work and Life. On October 25, she’ll marry newspaper scion Jared Kushner at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. Five days later, she turns 28. And a week after that, she’ll be flying off to Honolulu for the opening of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki. Talk about a whirlwind!

But Ivanka, who’s also a jewelry designer and judge alongside her dad, Donald, on Celebrity Apprentice, has managed to keep her composure, focusing on the most important event: walking down the aisle! “I’m excited for the wedding and all that my marriage will bring to my life,” Ivanka gushes to BettyConfidential.

It’s easy to get caught up in all of the details, from choosing her Tiffany & Co. invitations to her gorgeous Vera Wang gown. But Ivanka keeps reminding herself, “It’s the marriage that’s important — not the party.” That said, the moment Ivanka — who has recently converted to Judaism — is looking forward to most is “standing with my [soon-to-be] husband under the chuppah. And then dancing like a maniac with all of my friends!”

  1. Yep — she’s someone it would be easy to dismiss, but she really seems like she has a good head on her shoulders and is making the most of what life has handed to her. Good for her — sure beats leading the vapid life of Paris Hilton!

  2. I really hope we continue to hear great things about Ivanka. She is such a positive person. It’s great to hear good stuff as opposed to the ramblings of Kate, Paris, Lindsey, etc.. Kudos to Ivanka.
