Tokyo Introduces Samba, Waltz Classes for Babies
It’s never too early to start dancing!
Dance classes for mothers and babies are all the rage in Yokohama city, Tokyo, and for good reason.
Not only does grooving with your child boost their brain activity, but it also helps them develop coordination and stimulates growth.
Dancing also provides younger babies with the muscle strength they will need in order to crawl and walk.
The samba, waltz and blues classes specifically target babies aged three months to two years, and are managed by the Japan baby-dance association. (Daily Mail)
