On Tuesday night, police and FBI descended on the home of 24-year-old Raymond Clark III, an animal research technician at Yale University, and escorted him away in handcuffs in connection with the murder of Yale graduate student Annie Le, whose body was found stuffed behind one of the walls in the lab where she was last seen. Clark’s neighbors reportedly cheered as police dragged him away.
Although no charges were filed against him, Clark reportedly had an unreciprocated romantic interest in Le and was brought into custody so police could collect his DNA in hopes of matching it to the more than 150 pieces of evidence collected at the crime scene. Investigators also searched Clark’s home for clues that might link him to the slaying of the graduate student who was to be married on the day that her body was discovered. (Fox News)
