Izzo’s attorney Eugene LaVergne is planning to ask a judge to prohibit the distribution of a DVD set of the show’s first season, which is when the incident supposedly took place.

  1. How sad, these shows get out of control! Why did production continue if Izzo was getting beat down that badly. I mean, that picture looks pretty bad, doesn’t it?

  2. Izzo started talking crap at/outside the club. Then while the crew was walking back to their place Izzo and a group started following them. Ron ran back and 1 hitter quitter-ed him. So there wasn’t a beat down to stop, other than the 1 punch thrown to end Izzo’s night. Was it called for? Certainly not. Was Izzo asking/looking for it, certainly yes. He decided to be the big man and make a spectacular for himself on the camera, and he succeeded.
