Wonka Candy Launches a Real ‘Golden Ticket’ Contest
Nestle brings the magic of ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ to life with their new contest.
It’s about time Wonka candy took note of the golden ticket contest in Roald Dahl’s famous Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. For anyone who is a fan of the novel, to open up a chocolate bar and find a golden ticket inside would be one of the best feelings in the world.
Well, now Wonka candy is making that possible. To celebrate the launch of their new Exceptionals chocolate bar line, Wonka is putting ten golden tickets in one of their chocolate bars, which come in varieties like Chocolate Waterfall, Scrumdiddlyumptious Chocolate, and Domed Dark Chocolate ($2.39 for one bar).
The ten lucky candy lovers who find a golden ticket will win the “Trip Around the World,” where they get to bring three friends along to any four destinations around the world with $12,500 to spend as they want. First prize winners will recieve a $500 airline voucher, and other prizes include movie tickets, a ticketmaster gift card, and free chocolate.
The Exceptionals line can be found wherever Wonka candy is sold. Will you find the golden ticket? (USA Today)
