We spoke with Celebrity Fitness Trainer Kacy Duke, who has the tips and tricks you need to keep your motivation up. She’s worked with Hollywood hard bodies like Denzel Washington, Rachel Weisz, Mary J. Blige, and more. Her fitness philosophy focuses on “showing your body love” in order to reach your weight-loss and fitness goals. The success of her training has landed Kacy a book deal, The Show It Love Workout, and she also teaches women across the country her trademark techniques in her Underground Groove events.
