Bring Out Your Inner Pussycat Doll
We talked with Pussycat Dolls’ founder Robin Antin about why sex is just a party waiting to happen.
For Robin Antin, founder of The Pussycat Dolls, sex is not something to hide or exploit: sex is a party waiting to happen. Robin is one bold broad. Out there, outspoken, and out to empower women by teaching them how to own their sexuality and celebrate it, every day.
In the last decade, Robin launched a cabaret act, grew them into a successful world-wide singing group, debuted a line of clothing, and opened a Vegas lounge. A new branded casino will follow later this year.
Her latest venture is a home video workout that will teach women the Pussycat Doll moves which give the group their slim tight dancer bodies. Of her new project, Robin says, “I did it mainly for people to show them how to dance like a doll. Many of the fans have been looking for that insight as to what it’s like to be a dancer.”
When it comes to lustful feelings, according to Robin, dancer’s bodies are the best inspiration. They tend to be long, lean and trim. Yes the dance moves are sexy, and for many this can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. For her, being fit is a result of feeling strong and empowered, and that is but one of the lessons she hopes to teach in her fitness video.
