Kim’s trainer, Gunnar Peterson, who also gets Jennifer Lopez all bootied up, says that the reality star is an ideal client. “She is always on time or early, and she comes in with a great attitude, Peterson told www.usmagazine.com.” I mean, this is someone who’s clearly enjoying the ride, and I like to see that. There’s no bitterness; there’s no drama,” according to the website www.examiner.com. (Somehow we don’t think that’s the case with Khloe or Kourtney.)

But it makes perfect sense for Kim, who’s best known for her body, keep herself in shape as part of her career, which seems to include a number of nude shoots. In her most recent appearance, Kim posed naked for a cover of the fashion magazine W. She’s also posed naked for Harper’s Bazaar and Playboy.

Another celebrity trainer, Ramona Braganza, told US that a Kardashian-body workout should include squats and lunges with 5- to 10-pound weights (to begin with). But no matter how reasonable an exercise program sounds, be sure to check with your doctor before starting one. After all, you don’t want any gym drama. (examiner, usmagazine)
