Courteney Cox’s $1 Million Cougar Offer
The dating website CougarLife.com is offering Courteney Cox $1 Million to be their spokesperson.
It’s been barely 24 hours since Courteney Cox and David Arquette confirmed their trial separation after 11 years of marriage, and already the offers for single Courteney are coming in.
An online dating website, CougarLife.com, has mailed Courteney a $1 million contract, asking her to be their official spokeperson for the next year. According to TMZ, the gig would include 4 TV ads, 12 radio ads, and 30 public appearances promoting the site that matches older women with much younger cubs.
You could say this cougar website literally jumped at the news of Courteney being single since she’s a hot older woman and the star of the appropriately-titled show, Cougar Town. However, Cougar Life is forgetting one thing: Courteney and David are separated at the moment, not officially divorced. We doubt Court would be ready and willing to slap her name on to anything that has to do with dating just yet.
And, given how hasty Cougar Life was to send over the contract, it’s clear the website and the people running it have no sympathy for what Courteney’s going through. So, we say ditch the offer, Court! $1 million is chump change for a gal like you, and people shouldn’t be trying to make money off of your heartbreak! (TMZ)
