So apparently actor Giovanni Ribisi and model Agyness Deyn secretly got married last Friday and it has only just come to light now. Seriously, did anyone even know that they were dating? Talk about a stealth relationship! But hey, congratulations, you two crazy kids!

According to Fashionologie, Giovanni and Agyness eloped last week—and the only reason anyone knew is because a Crown City News reporter spotted the couple “passionately kissing” in line at the Los Angeles County Registrar’s office. Naturally, the reporter asked them if they were there to get married; they shyly answered yes. Giovanni also pointed out that he and Agyness had been dating “for a while”—again, which no one really seems to have known about. Good for them! They’re like ninjas. Sneaky relationship ninjas.

Anyhoo, Giovanni’s rep confirmed the news on Thursday, saying, “Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi quietly married in Los Angeles over the weekend.” This is Agyness’ first marriage and Giovanni’s second (he was previously married to actress Mariah O’Brien from1997 to 2001, with whom he has a daughter named Lucia Santina. As a fellow Lucia, I approve of the name choice.).

I’m kind of curious about how long Giovanni’s aforementioned “a while” is; Agyness told the UK Daily Mail back in March that she wasn’t dating anyone at the time, due partially to her busy schedule—she had just made her stage debut in The Leisure Society at London’s Trafalgar Studios—and partially to the fact that she’s “choosy.” Her criteria for a beau? It’s “mainly about a man’s character. He has to be interesting, funny, and clever. I don’t even mind if he’s not very good-looking.” Perhaps unsurprisingly, this sounds like Giovanni to a T.

Congratulations once again to the happy couple—and also bonus applause for keeping everything so much on the down-low. That takes skill. For real.
