February 19th is National Sleep-In Day!
Help the non profit Pajama Program and foster children while you relax.
Luckily, Saturday, February 19th is the first ever National Sleep-In Day, so you can participate. It would be really hard to explain to your boss why you were late if it happened on a weekday.
What is this brand new event? The Sleep-In is to remind us to de-stress, take it easy and pamper ourselves. It’s being promoted by P.J. Salvage, a loungewear company, to also create awareness for the Pajama Program. The Pajama Program is a non-profit that works with teens and children living in foster homes, group homes and orphanages in the United States and around the world. The program provides them with new books and new, warm pajamas. Items that may not be available to them othewise. Want to get involved? Click here.
P.J Salvage is also donating 500 pairs of pajamas to the Pajama Program to kick off National Sleep-In Day. The company is also giving away a pair of P.J. Salvage pajamas, a robe or slippers every month for a year to the best, most creative person. To win, simply post your video and photo of you in jammies to their Facebook page and Twitter.
